Unless the purchased item arrives damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Buyers are responsible for making S.C. Creations aware of changes or edits that need to me made to personalized items such as recipes. Buyer will receive a proof of custom items before creation of the item. After the proof has been reviewed and accepted by the buyer, no other edits will be made.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

S.C. Creations is responsible for shipping the purchased product on or before the agreed upon date. On the agreed upon date S.C. Creations will send the buyer a tracking number for the purchased product. If the item is late due to a carrier related issue, S.C. Creations is not responsible and will not issue a refund.
